RHYTHMS 2 RESILIENCE
Drumming Circle Program
At Ed U Plays, we offer the Rhythms2Recovery program as a dynamic, trauma-informed approach to supporting young people’s wellbeing. Building on the strong foundation of the DRUMBEAT model, this flexible program uses rhythm, connection, and guided discussion to help participants develop resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, and build positive relationships. Grounded in a neurobiological understanding of wellbeing, sessions are tailored to each group and explore topics such as making informed choices, accountability, managing change, adaptability, and navigating peer pressure providing young people with practical skills to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
As authorised program facilitators, Ed U Play staff deliver this flexible 6 - 10 week program in schools and community settings to improve engagement, emotional health and wellbeing and transition to learning environments.
In addition to full evidence based programs, ED U Play can also offer fun, djembe drum circle activities for schools, community groups and individuals
